Coursera + Udemy is seeking a Learning Operations Manager to act as the dedicated operational partner for Udemy Business customers, handling day-to-day platform operations, catalog awareness, license management, and lightweight reporting.

You will work to surface relevant content, provide insights to admins, and facilitate training sessions, with a focus on keeping learners engaged and programs well-structured. The role supports flexible work arrangements and may include equity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a platform operations, managed services, learning administration, or customer-facing support role.
• Strong sense of what good looks like in a learning program, ensuring content is well-sequenced and learner-focused.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks across multiple accounts.
• Ability to analyze platform usage and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Clear, confident communication and relationships with customer admins.
• Proactive mindset to identify improvements and raise them early.
• Experience facilitating training sessions or webinars.
• Comfort working across varied engagements from premium support to backfill.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day platform operations including license management.
• Leverage Udemy catalog to surface relevant content and replacements.
• Deliver lightweight reporting and guidance on metrics.
• Follow up on open support requests and route to appropriate teams.
• Facilitate ad hoc training sessions and webinars.
• Serve as the go-to Udemy expert for customers.
• Triages and fulfills operational requests across accounts.
• Escalate when requests fall outside scope.
