The Learning Operations Manager serves as a dedicated operational partner to Udemy Business customers, acting as the specialized "right hand" to the customer’s internal platform admin or product owner. Because that admin is typically managing multiple HR tools, this role goes deeper on Udemy than the customer realistically can — handling day-to-day platform operations, catalog awareness, license management, and lightweight reporting. This role may support customers through a premium add-on, temporary backfill arrangements, or ongoing admin-style support engagements, providing consistent and proactive platform expertise that helps customers run Udemy more effectively and keep their learners engaged.
Posting Date: September 9, 2026
Application Window: We anticipate the application window will be open until September 14th, 2026. Based on business needs, this opportunity may remain posted beyond or closed before the anticipated application window.
At Udemy, we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity.
Hiring Compensation Range: $89,600-$119,000
Colorado Compensation Range: $95,200 - $119,000
