Job summary

Coursera + Udemy is hiring a Learning Operations Manager to act as the specialized operational partner for Udemy Business customers. You’ll handle day-to-day operations, catalog awareness, license management, and lightweight reporting, while supporting premium add-ons and backfill engagements.

You’ll manage requests across customer accounts, escalate when needed, and serve as the Udemy expert across multiple tools, driving adoption and value for learners and admins.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning programs and content sequencing.
• Ability to analyze platform usage and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication with customer admins and stakeholders.
• Proactive identification of improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day platform operations and license management.
• Recommend content and surface replacements from the Udemy catalog.
• Provide lightweight reporting and guidance on metrics.
• Follow up on support requests and route to appropriate teams.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to support adoption.
• Be the go-to Udemy expert for customers across multiple tools.
• Triage and fulfill requests across a portfolio of accounts.
