Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Training Delivery Manager in Las Vegas to shape learning initiatives that drive results. You will collaborate with senior management to review curriculums, oversee program rollout, and measure training effectiveness.

Lead development and coaching for employees, coordinate logistics, and manage external resources to balance quality and cost. Travel as required to deliver impactful programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRD, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needs.
• Assess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance results.
• Oversee rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring adoption.
• Define objectives for training initiatives and measure effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and logistics for training delivery.
• Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency.
• Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed.
