Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in training, learning development, or a related field.
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis, and assessing performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and coaching/mentoring.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions across diverse audiences.
• Support deployment, go-live, and ongoing operational training efforts.
• Provide coaching to trainers and learners to improve effectiveness and confidence.
• Observe sessions, give constructive feedback, and track learner progress.
• Monitor training impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update training materials and address knowledge gaps.
