Job summary

You will lead onboarding, develop materials, track effectiveness, and promote a culture of continuous learning across technical, leadership, and compliance areas within a fast-growing, international company.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and develop training materials and resources.
• Strong collaboration with management to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs across departments and design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure they have tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage training programs for ongoing employee development, including technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training.
• Partner with management to identify skill gaps and provide recommendations for development opportunities.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Help drive a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employees to pursue career development opportunities.
• Support performance management initiatives by coaching managers on how to provide feedback and development opportunities to their teams.
