Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Learning Partner I to help shape how employees learn, grow, and thrive. This entry-level role supports training projects and collaborates with business partners to identify learning needs and craft engaging training solutions.

You’ll work with experienced learning professionals, use modern instructional design techniques, and gain hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
• Basic working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to conduct in-depth consultations and understand specific organizational needs.
• Identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions that align with essential talent development and business strategies.
• Utilize a variety of delivery methods and modalities to deploy training programs, including ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended learning, on-the-job training, user guides, quick reference guides, and social learning.
• Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet their objectives and contribute to employee performance and organizational success.
• Incorporate methods for assessing and evaluating effectiveness, such as pre- and post-training assessments, quizzes, surveys, and feedback.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and incorporating relevant insights to enhance and innovate learning offerings.
