Job summary

DENSO TEN AMERICA Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver training that strengthens employee skills and leadership capabilities. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify development opportunities and support long-term talent growth.

The role emphasizes onboarding, organizational development, succession planning, and the creation of engaging learning materials using LMS and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development roles.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs to strengthen employee skills and leadership capability.
• Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and learning sessions for employees and managers.
• Develop and manage learning paths for technical, professional, and leadership development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding and career development tools and learning pathways.
