• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering employee training programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and track participation and completion.
