Responsibilities

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver classes to meet learning objectives across diverse groups.
• Learner Engagement & Support: Provide ongoing educational support to learners before, during, and after sessions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: Work with ID, SMEs, and operations leaders to ensure training translates to performance.
• Content Development & Continuous Improvement: Assist with content updates, bulletins, SOPs, and LMS needs.
• Adaptability & Subject Matter Expertise: May become a SME for a function or be cross-trained.
