Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Learning Operations Analyst to optimize the learning ecosystem, administer the Dayforce LMS, manage content libraries, and analyze data to drive workforce development. The role partners with HR and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learner experience and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in LMS administration, experience with content providers, and proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft tools, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with LMS administration and L&D operations.
• Experience managing third-party learning content providers and libraries within an LMS.
• Experience with learning technologies like Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats.
• Strong data accuracy, system functionality and compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite and reporting tools; Power BI a plus.
• Ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for Dayforce LMS, driving optimization and adoption strategies.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map to frameworks and paths.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and standardization.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize systems and integrations.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on content curation, deployment, and reporting needs.
• Analyze data and develop insights to support workforce development and compliance.
• Manage centralized learning mailbox for inquiries and requests.
• Monitor learning trends and propose innovations to boost engagement.
