QTS Data Centers is offering a Learning Operations Analyst Intern role in the Richmond, VA area. You will gain hands-on experience in running a segment of Learning and Development, handling solo and collaborative assignments that impact coworkers across the business.

Responsibilities include building analytics for L&D phases, drafting SOPs, and creating dashboards to track outcomes and participation, with quality checks on course material and knowledge article development.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Develop operations analytics around phases of L&D initiatives
• Design SOPs around L&D best practices for different stages of engagements
• Help prepare dashboards and reports on learning module/session outcomes and participation
• Provide quality checks on course material
• Develop knowledge articles across a variety of topics
