Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Learning Operations Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in the data center industry's learning and development lifecycle. You will work on analytics, SOP design, and knowledge management at a leading digital infrastructure company.

As part of the internship, you will work solo and with teams on initiatives tied to real objectives, with site-based activities and opportunities to impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Current full-time enrollment in one of QTS’s partner institutions or a Blackstone Launchpad affiliate school.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, facilities engineering, or related industries.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
• Involvement in community activities outside of schoolwork (athletics, clubs, volunteering, part-time employment).

Responsibilities

• Develop operations analytics around phases of L&D initiatives
• Design SOPs around L&D best practices for different stages of engagements
• Help prepare dashboards and reports on learning module/session outcomes and participation
• Provide quality checks on course material
• Develop knowledge articles across a variety of topics
