Job summary

Southwest Airlines seeks a Learning Operations Specialist for SWA University to manage training operations, learner support, and LMS administration. You will handle registrations, enrollments, training records, certifications, and compliance reporting, while partnering with Program Managers, Instructors, and vendors.

You will coordinate training events, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality training experiences for Employees across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate-level experience in Customer Service is preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience coordinating registrations, enrollments, training records and compliance reporting is preferred.
• Experience coordinating training events and supporting program delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee training records and ensure legal work status.
• Provide training compliance reporting to departments and leadership.
• Plan and execute logistical support for local and system-wide training.
• Manage learner and vendor logistics issues and resolve them quickly.
• Maintain relationships with SWA U teams and vendors.
• Ensure documentation in SWA U policies and procedures.
• Audit invoices and align with budget projections; suggest adjustments as needed.
• Prepare data and reports; support cross-site training operations.
