You will partner with subject matter experts to design training for Ground Operations and related teams, using industry-leading authoring tools to deliver safe, reliable, and friendly service for customers.

Qualifications

Experience designing learning content for digital and instructor-led formats.
Ability to build scalable, maintainable learning materials over time.
Strong writing and editing skills for clear, concise content.

Responsibilities

Develop effective and engaging learning content using industry-leading tools.
Create and maintain all learning material for a specific customer family.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and ensure accuracy.
Plan and estimate project timelines prior to starting work.
Build relationships with internal/external customers to understand needs.
Balance multiple projects, meet milestones and timelines.
Promote collaboration and team success through support and facilitation.
Develop content in an agile environment and adapt to change.
Conduct QA and testing for accuracy, functionality, and visuals.
Design assessments and evaluation methods to measure effectiveness.
Create storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to visualize learning experiences.
