Job summary

Southwest Airlines Co. is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to support Southwest University by delivering training operations, learner support, and LMS administration.

You will manage registrations, enrollments, training records, certifications, and compliance reporting while partnering with program managers, instructors, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires coordinating events, addressing issues, and delivering an exceptional learning experience for employees at our Dallas HQ

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with learning management systems is preferred.
• Experience coordinating training events and managing training records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee training records to ensure compliance and eligibility to work.
• Provide training compliance reporting to departments, leadership, and agencies.
• Plan and coordinate logistical support for local and system-wide training events.
• Manage learner and vendor logistics and resolve issues.
• Maintain relationships with SWA U Teams, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure accurate training documentation in SWA U policies.
• Audit invoices and align with budget projections.
• Support operation of SWA U teams in TOPS and at remote locations.
