Job summary

Montefiore Nyack Hospital seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to coordinate daily CLD activities, support education initiatives, onboarding, and calendar management. The role partners with Nursing Leadership, HR, IT, Payroll, Epic Training, and other departments to streamline regulatory education and workforce development.

Responsibilities include coordinating course scheduling, attendance tracking, and education reports, while maintaining strong data accuracy across HealthStream and INFOR XM

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible administrative or program coordination experience, preferable in healthcare or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficient in purchasing and requisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of the Center for Learning & Development (CLD).
• Onboards employees, handles orientation logistics, educational programs, and calendar management.
• Supports Learning Management System (HealthStream) administration and compliance tracking.
• Coordinates with the AHA Training Center for course scheduling, rosters, and certifications.
• Manages education-related purchasing, requisitions, invoices, and department analytics.
