St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Learning Management Systems Specialist to serve as the single point of access for online and instructor-led training for employees, partners and customers.

The role supports learning operations through Cornerstone on Demand, coordinating admin tasks, onboarding and data integrity, with responsibilities covering ILT/OLT assignments, audits and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in LMS experience preferred.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organized with time-management skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provides LMS user and super user support, addressing basic technical issues.
• Supports new hire onboarding by facilitating orientation and onboarding learning objects.
• Builds ILT, surveys, assessments, and compliance reporting for learning operations.
• Assigns ILT, OLT, or materials to LMS users per business requirements.
• Maintains LMS through audits and updated user guides.
• Coordinates special projects and events.
• Continuously enhances technical skills.
