Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Learning Management Systems Specialist to act as the single point of access for online and instructor-led training for employees, partners and customers.

This role coordinates LMS administration and onboarding, resolving basic issues and ensuring data integrity in Cornerstone on Demand. Responsibilities include building ILT, surveys, assessments, and reporting, auditing the system, and supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency and data handling.
• Strong interpersonal and service-excellence skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides LMS user support and education for learners and super users.
• Supports New Hire Orientation and onboarding learning objects.
• Builds instructor-led training (ILT), surveys, assessments, competencies, materials, and compliance reports.
• Assigns ILT/OLT and materials to LMS users per business requirements.
• Maintains LMS through regular audits and documentation.
• Assists with coordination of special projects and events.
• Demonstrates commitment to self-growth and advancement of computer/technical skills.
