Job summary

Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, New York, seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to coordinate the Center for Learning & Development (CLD). You will support onboarding, educational programs, classroom scheduling, registrations, attendance tracking, and LMS administration.

You will collaborate with Nursing Leadership, HR, IT, Payroll, Epic Training and other departments to optimize learning workflows, gather reports, maintain education records, and support compliance and continuing education

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Minimum three years of administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in healthcare or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; purchasing/requisition experience.
• Ability to learn and support multiple technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the Center for Learning & Development (CLD).
• Support onboarding, orientation logistics, and educational programs; manage scheduling and registrations.
• Assist with Learning Management System (HealthStream) tasks and learner support.
• Coordinate with departments and leadership to facilitate educational operations and analytics.
