Accenture LearnVantage seeks a highly organized learning operations professional to lead instructor-led and virtual delivery at scale. You will coordinate readiness, resources, and technology to ensure successful programs and exceptional learner experiences.

You will partner with program managers, delivery teams, and instructors, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across regions and modalities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in learning operations, training delivery, or learning administration.
• Experience managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery operations.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual classroom tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational planning and execution for instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
• Oversee training readiness activities and ensure required resources and tech are in place.
• Provide live operational and technical support for events.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, vendors, and instructors for outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and learner experience to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge resources.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Lead process improvements focused on automation and scalability.
• Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Mentor Learning Operations Analysts and support skill development.
