Job summary

Wellby is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist in Texas to optimize delivery and continuous improvement of our learning agenda. You will coordinate and execute training sessions, manage logistics for in-person and virtual programs, and serve as the key liaison for communications and follow-up materials.

You will maintain the Workday Learning LMS, configure courses, track enrollments and completions, and support onboarding, leadership development, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR, L&D, or related field.
• 2–4 years in training or development, project coordination.
• Experience with LMS and content development tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end scheduling and execution of training sessions.
• Maintain LMS data, course configurations, enrollments, and records.
• Develop and update instructor-led and digital learning materials.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
• Monitor data accuracy and improve learner experiences.
