Job summary

Busey Bank in Champaign, IL, is seeking a Learning Partner to drive training program effectiveness and onboard new associates. You will coordinate standing monthly sessions and series, design and deliver training using adult learning principles, and manage the Busey University calendar with cross-functional partners.

You will also handle event logistics, create multimedia training content, and help ensure branding and communications remain professional and consistent across resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of training or facilitation experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and learning initiatives preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate standing monthly training sessions and ongoing training series.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs using adult learning principles.
• Manage and maintain the Busey University training calendar and communications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person training events.
• Produce, edit, and maintain training videos and multimedia content.
