Job summary

Busey is seeking a Learning Partner in Champaign, IL to ensure operational effectiveness and support timely quality training deliverables for Busey associates. You will coordinate onboarding, manage monthly trainings, and maintain the Busey University training calendar, while acting as a Brand and Communications ambassador for the Professional and Leadership Development team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate standing monthly training sessions and ongoing training series.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a consistent, engaging experience for new hires.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs using various delivery methods (in-person, virtual, blended).
• Manage the Busey University training calendar and communicate with stakeholders.
