Job summary

The Learning Partner at Busey Bank is responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness within the Talent Development team and supporting the timely delivery of quality training for Busey associates.

This role coordinates monthly trainings, onboarding for new hires, and the development of engaging programs using adult learning principles across in-person, virtual, and blended formats, while maintaining the Busey University calendar and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of training or facilitation experience required.
• Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or learning initiatives preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate standing monthly training sessions and ongoing training series.
• Facilitate associate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs using adult learning principles and varied delivery methods.
• Manage the Busey University training calendar with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person training events and logistics.
• Serve as administrative point person for niche PD initiatives and team meetings.
• Act as Brand and Communications ambassador, ensuring consistent materials and branding.
• Analyze training survey data and summarize insights for leadership.
