Job summary

Stadler is seeking a Learning and Instructional Design Specialist in Salt Lake City to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that boost employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include creating engaging materials, delivering sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), measuring effectiveness, managing the LMS, and partnering with HR and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years in learning and development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Experience designing e-learning modules and delivering trainings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Design and customize training programs including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Create engaging training materials such as presentations, guides, videos, and interactive activities.
• Deliver training sessions in-person, virtual, or hybrid with effective teaching methods.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with HR, management, and external vendors to support business goals.
