Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop interactive training content (eLearning, instructor-led, blended) using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions with confidence and energy.
• LMS Support & Administration: Assist with course uploads, user support, and reporting within the LMS.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into learner-friendly training and stay current on learning technologies.
