Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc. seeks a Learning Innovation Manager to lead design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning and program experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of curriculum design, instructional technology, and data analytics to translate outcomes into evidence-based improvements for scalable learning. Collaborating with Education and Program Development teams, this position ensures data-driven decisions, manages Canvas LMS and web-based conferencing

Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Hands-on experience administering Canvas LMS and web-based conferencing platforms.
• Strong data analytics skills with dashboards and reporting.
• Strategic and analytical thinking across data, design, and technology.
• Excellent cross-functional partnering and project management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and edtech trends.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and continuously improve learning experiences at scale.
• Partner with Education and Product Development to align curricula with program goals.
• Lead pilot tests and iterate new curricula or models.
• Own Canvas LMS administration, enrollment, gradebook, and reporting.
• Manage the web-based conferencing platform and provide facilitator support.
• Build dashboards translating program data into leadership insights.
• Collaborate with Workforce Development to connect learning to employment outcomes.
• Represent program learning priorities in cross-departmental planning.
