Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) seeks a Program Impact Learning Innovation Manager to design, evaluate, and improve learning experiences at scale, bridging curriculum design, instructional technology, and data analytics.

You will own Canvas LMS administration, manage the web conferencing platform, build dashboards, and partner with Education and Workforce Development to align learning with employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design methodologies and curriculum development.
• Hands-on experience administering Canvas LMS and web conferencing platforms.
• Strong data analytics skills including dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to align learning programs with employment outcomes.
• Nonprofit/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve curriculum and program experiences.
• Lead pilot testing of new curricula or program models and iterate quickly.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Workforce Development and leadership to align impact with outcomes.
