Job summary

You will coordinate course updates in Canvas/Canvas Catalog, ensure accessibility, assist instructors, track learner progress, and help with certificate processes and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience using Canvas/Canvas Catalog, Blackboard or Coursera.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to assess learning outcomes and project outcomes.
• Excellent organization, deadlines, and collaboration in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate updates to course materials with staff, instructors, and SMEs.
• Provide LMS accessibility support and content updates.
• Support completion and certificate processes in Canvas/Catalog.
• Track learner progress and audit completion records for accuracy.
• Assist in continuous program improvement based on feedback and data.
