Responsibilities

• Manage learner enrollment and course registration processes and changes.
• Assist instructors and coordinate live sessions; ensure recordings are available.
• Coordinate updates to course materials in Canvas and other LMS.
• Track completion, audits, and certificate processes across programs.
• Contribute to program evaluation and content accessibility improvements.
• Collaborate with LXD and CE teams to enhance the catalog and onboarding.
