Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in Learning & Development or similar.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
• Experience with MS Teams or similar classroom technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and facilitation of new employee orientation.
• Design and develop training materials for staff.
• Collaborate with various departments for a smooth onboarding experience.
