You will translate complex content into learner-friendly material, align with performance outcomes, and drive measurable business impact.

You will partner with L&D managers, SMEs, and leaders to deliver high-quality solutions, manage timelines, and ensure quality across the content lifecycle using approved tools and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design or talent development experience.
• Experience with adult-learning theory and learner-centered design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learner needs and validate content.
• Create measurable objectives, scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
• Manage content lifecycle from analysis through retirement and maintain standards.
