Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design, e-learning, or talent development.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, learner-centered design, and assessment practices.
• Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring, presentation, and multimedia tools; Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, or similar tools preferred.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to develop practical learning content and manage feedback.
• Strong project management, organization, writing, and attention to detail; LMS experience required, with Workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning materials.
• Translate business needs into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Lead content-development discussions with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and scope across projects.
• Ensure assets meet accessibility, branding, usability, and LMS deployment standards.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field

3+ years instructional design / e-learning / talent development

Adult learning theory & assessment familiarity

Experience developing ILT, virtual, and digital learning

Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Synthesia)

SME/stakeholder collaboration

LMS experience (Workday Learning preferred)
