Job summary

VRC Investigations seeks a Learning Program Designer with LMS experience to develop engaging online and live training for employees, clients, and customers in the insurance sector.

The role supports course development, LMS and webinar management, and ongoing program improvement across platforms, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to align with organizational goals and CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing courses for in-person and online environments.
• Familiar with LMS operations: course creation, content uploads, system management.
• Experience creating multimedia content and video editing for e-learning.
• Ability to coordinate live webinars and virtual events (Zoom).
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI and other e-learning standards (preferred).
• Understanding CE requirements for licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging online learning modules, webinars, and blended programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create content aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure content is accessible and follows instructional design best practices.
• Manage LMS and webinar platform operations, uploads, tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate live webinars and virtual events with SMEs and speakers.
• Monitor completion rates and generate training effectiveness reports.
• Provide user support for LMS and webinar platforms to employees and clients.
• Collaborate with departments to standardize course offerings and messaging.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Stay updated on emerging e-learning trends and tools to recommend improvements.
• Assist with formatting and editorial review of course materials for quality.
