Job summary

Performance Development Group is seeking 1099 Solution Designers to join our network. You will design learning assets across modalities, translate concepts into detailed plans, and ensure a cohesive learning journey.

Collaborate with architects and senior designers, and lead design efforts with client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in instructional design and consulting, strong PPT skills, and experience in life sciences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related disciplines or commensurate experience.
3+ years’ experience in instructional design, instructional technology, or training and education.
3+ years’ experience in a consulting environment.
Strong understanding of Learning Experience Design (LxD).
Strong visual design skills and PPT proficiency.
Experience in life sciences learning solutions tied to sales performance is required.

Responsibilities

Design learning assets across modalities aligned to solutions and objectives.
Translate design concepts into detailed, buildable plans across projects.
Ensure learning experiences align assets into a cohesive journey.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Designers and partner with the Engagement Manager.
Lead design efforts: assess client needs, build relationships, write concise content, and produce diverse learning resources.
