Job summary

In this role you’ll manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver training solutions that drive employee growth and business performance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field plus experience in Learning Content, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes, and edits learning content and ensures quality through QA processes.
• Designs learning materials and approaches for varied audiences (facilitated and non-facilitated).
• Collaborates with SMEs to align solutions with customer needs and business goals.
• Plans and tracks complex learning projects and measures results.
• Continuously improves learning programs based on feedback and data.
