• Advanced understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning trends.
• Proficiency with Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, and Articulate 360.
• Experience with LMS and Learning Experience Platforms; able to support instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Create multimedia-based content for multiple delivery systems and modalities.
• Evaluate and revise content to meet objectives and learner needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute learning projects; support accessibility and ADA standards.
