Job summary

Premium Retail Services seeks an innovative Instructional Designer to transform complex information into engaging learning experiences that accelerate product knowledge and performance across frontline and management teams.

You will design, develop, and deliver training solutions using virtual, eLearning, and multimedia formats, collaborating with clients and SMEs to meet business objectives and ensure adoption of solutions. This role offers growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years designing adult learning in corporate/retail/education environments.
Experience with ILT, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, guides, manuals, and performance support resources.
Experience with video scripting, editing, and multimedia content development.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create engaging virtual, eLearning, and multimedia training programs aligned to business objectives.
Develop materials: job aids, reference materials, videos, and interactive assets.
Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to improve engagement and outcomes.
Collaborate with clients, SMEs, operations leaders, and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
Coordinate training projects from concept through implementation and follow-up.
