Job summary

Amazon’s Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team is hiring a Learning Experience Designer to create impactful training for associates worldwide. You’ll design, develop, and enhance learning programs, partnering with subject matter experts and program managers to deliver scalable e-learning and instructor-led content.

The role focuses on applying adult learning principles, analytics, and performance improvement to drive continuous learning in Amazon’s hiring operations across 23 countries

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 2+ years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience.
• 3+ years of classroom facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience formulating and implementing training and performance improvement strategies.
• Experience analyzing data to make business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, ILT facilitator and participant guides, reference materials, and other learning assets.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
• Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS.
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Lead specialized initiatives in cross-skilling content development and quality-driven continuous learning interventions.
• Develop scalable modular content architecture that serves diverse global audiences.
• Portfolio of eLearning samples required at interview.
