Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual-communication skills.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, and content authoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex product and business information into engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, accessibility, and brand standards.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with milestones and reviews.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
