Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging, scalable learning experiences. You’ll work with our L&D team to translate complex needs into high-quality learner-centered solutions, including course materials, video content, and training assets in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll apply adult learning theory, support LMS workday implementation, and help maintain learning assets while staying current with AI tools and trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in instructional design or learning design.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and basic instructional design models.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Rise 360, Articulate, Synthesia).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs and resources under guidance of senior team members.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
• Translate content from SMEs into clear, accessible learning materials.
