Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop, and refine engaging learning experiences across ILT, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will partner with SMEs and L&OD to translate learning needs into learner-centered solutions aligned to business objectives.

Based in Arlington, VA or Solon, OH, you will work with the GROW LMS and future LXP, creating impactful content while ensuring accessibility and measurable outcomes. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of instructional design experience creating ILT and/or eLearning materials in corporate or education settings.
• Experience applying instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC content.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and outcomes.
• Storyboard and build digital learning assets (videos, modules, simulations, job aids, guides).
• Develop Level 1 and Level 2 assessments and refine content based on data.
• Conduct quality reviews for instructional soundness and accessibility.
