Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an Instructional Design Specialist to design and refine engaging learning experiences that support Nestlé's people, capability, and business priorities. You will work with SMEs and L&D colleagues to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content aligned to business objectives.

The role partners with LMS administrators to manage content in the GROW LMS and future LXP, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness while supporting multiple instructional design projects and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or a related field.
• 2+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or education environments.
• Experience with LMS (SCORM/AICC) and eLearning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify objectives, outcomes, audiences, and tasks.
• Storyboard and build digital learning assets addressing multiple learning styles.
• Develop Level 1 and Level 2 assessments and refine content based on evaluation data.
• Load, test, and maintain course content within the LMS and support UAT.
