Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, to shape the learning ecosystem across the organization. Based in Arlington, VA, you will partner with HR and business leaders to oversee learning systems, budgets, and cross-functional programs that drive learner-centric development and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in L&D or OD, experience with LMS, SAP, and Power BI, and willingness to travel up to 15%. This role reports to the Sr.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: oversee development programs, nominations, communications, participant tracking.
• Learning Platform Support: serve as escalation point for platform content, reporting, and user support.
• Budget & Financial Management: track and forecast L&D budgets and vendor management.
• Project & Operations Management: lead large-scale programs and coordinate class planning and marketing.
