Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA (Hybrid in Arlington or Solon, OH) is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content that aligns with business goals.

You will partner with SMEs, develop engaging learning experiences, support the GROW LMS and future LXP rollout, and guide facilitators with best practices. Requires degree and 2+ years in instructional design; proficiency with Articulate 360 and Captivate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years end-to-end design of instructor-led and/or eLearning materials in corporate/education environment.
• Experience applying instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of LMS (SCORM/AICC) content uploading, testing, troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify objectives, outcomes, audiences, and tasks.
• Storyboard, script, and build digital learning assets (videos, modules, simulations, guides).
• Develop Level 1 and Level 2 assessments; refine content based on data.
• Load, test, and maintain course content in the LMS; support UAT and audits.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects within defined budgets.
• Support LXP rollout and provide guidance to facilitators.
