Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain engaging learning content across courses and assessments.
• Facilitate classroom-based and virtual training for diverse populations.
• Partner with SMEs, HR, and peers to identify learning needs and map content to objectives.
• Manage multiple content-development projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate feedback and prioritize iterative improvements.
