Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high-quality learning and multimedia assets for healthcare client engagement. You will translate approved strategies into audience-appropriate experiences, owning the content-production workflow from design to handoff.

The role requires strong instructional design and writing skills, experience with digital learning and tools such as Mindtickle, Synthesia, and Articulate, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into clear, engaging experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through handoff.
• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Apply instructional design, accessibility, and brand standards; collaborate with SMEs and governance partners.
