Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging content for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will own the content-production workflow from design to handoff, collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners to deliver high-quality learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and multimedia content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning and content-authoring tools (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, and governance partners.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences; knowledge of brand and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and goals for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback and program measurements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
