Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to support the development and implementation of learning programs across Intuitive platforms. You will collaborate with SMEs to create and update content, manage deliverables, and deliver training for usability evaluations.

The role requires at least 2+ years in instructional design, proficiency in eLearning tools, and a solid grasp of adult learning theory. Onsite weekly, with a focus on quality and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Science/Engineering preferred.
• Software proficiency: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• 2+ years of professional experience in learning content development.
• Ability to sign-off on technical and/or clinical content.
• Experience designing eLearning, ILT, and assessments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop or update learning content.
• Develop and manage project deliverables for on-time delivery.
• Deliver training for usability evaluations or train-the-trainers.
• QA and peer review of deliverables.
• Partner with LMS admins to implement training content across platforms.
• Assist in evaluating learning content using qualitative/quantitative methods.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and present to stakeholders.
